第三方商标、车型外观、照片、设计及软件组件的权利归相关权利人。上述权利不因出现在本站而转归汇兴；已有的第三方许可与开源许可按各自条件适用。标注来源、图片改绘、AI生成、去除标识或更改名称，本身不构成使用授权，也不自动消除知识产权风险。

品牌关系与车型适配

Seat HUB 是汇兴的独立座垫方案展示与沟通平台。车型参考、母版名称或图像本身不表示相关品牌对本站的授权、赞助、合作、认可或产品认证；具体关系以有效书面文件为准。确有必要提及品牌或型号时，仅在说明参考对象或适配信息所需范围内使用，相关权利仍归原权利人，不得据此宣称原厂或官方合作。

车型母版和装车图为概念比较资料，不是原厂CAD、量产图纸、尺寸保证或适配认证。实际开发、销售和生产前，须核对车型年款、结构、底板、锁扣、尺寸及安装间隙，并另行核验素材许可、商标与相关专利等权利。必要的车型说明不等于已经完成实物适配验证。

客户专用方案

项目资料仅供本项目评估及双方约定用途。持有项目号或下载资料，不代表取得向第三方披露、转授权或用于其他项目的许可；具体范围依双方约定及相关权利人的授权执行。客户及第三方提供的图纸、标识和参考素材，不当然构成汇兴的独占作品。项目号应妥善保管，项目关闭后不再允许后续读取，已取得的文件仍按原约定使用。

Public access and permitted use

Original content in which Huixing holds rights may be viewed and downloaded for product understanding and cooperation evaluation. Public access does not transfer copyright or grant sublicensing or commercial reproduction rights. Reproduction, republication, sale, use in commercial promotion or other commercial use requires written permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law, a valid licence or a separate written agreement.

Third-party content and open-source components

Third-party trademarks, vehicle appearances, photographs, designs and software remain subject to their respective rights holders and applicable licences. Their inclusion does not transfer ownership to Huixing. Attribution, redrawing, AI generation, removing a mark or changing a name does not itself grant permission or eliminate intellectual-property risks.

Brand relationships and fitment references

Seat HUB is Huixing's independent seat-concept presentation and communication platform. Vehicle references, template names or images do not themselves establish brand authorization, sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement or certification. Any such relationship requires valid written documentation. Brand and model references, where necessary, are used only to identify the reference vehicle or describe fitment information; they do not establish OEM or official status.

Vehicle templates and installed-seat views are concept comparison materials, not original manufacturer CAD, production drawings, dimensional guarantees or fitment certification. Model year, structure, seat pan, latch, dimensions and clearances must be checked before development, sale or production, together with applicable content licences, trademark rights and patents. A vehicle reference does not establish physically validated fitment.

Customer project materials

Project materials are for evaluation of the relevant project and other purposes agreed by the parties. Possession of a project number or downloaded file does not itself permit disclosure to third parties, sublicensing or use on other projects. The relevant agreements and rights-holder permissions govern permitted use. Customer and third-party materials are not automatically Huixing's exclusive works. Keep project numbers confidential. Closing a project prevents subsequent retrieval; previously obtained files remain subject to the agreed restrictions.
